Being impressively rude again, if you like that sort of thing - which I do. I liked the smoking interchange, which you can get here. One shouldn't but I really enjoyed this. I didn't think there was anyone on the face of the planet that was a more unapologetic smoker than my late father until I came across Hitchens.
